Your Responsibilities

Lead and Develop People

  • You are a team leader of a sales-oriented team and do your best to develop your team professionally and personally through feedback sessions and coaching.

Onboarding

  • You develop training plans and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Analysis and Feedback

  • You regularly conduct evaluations and identify strengths and weaknesses in order to create targeted development plans for your team.

Customer Service

  • You are very hands-on, partly involved in operational work, and conduct consulting calls (inbound & outbound) -- all without cold calling.

Recruiting

  • You regularly conduct job interviews to expand your team.

Realize Ideas

  • You optimize processes and continuously work on further developments.

Requirements

Sales Experience

  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the financial services sector, telephone sales, or as a bank clerk.

Leadership Experience

  • Demonstrable initial leadership experience (technical & disciplinary).

People Skills

  • High capacity for enthusiasm, ambition, strong social skills, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate people.

Entrepreneurial Mindset

  • Strong entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
  • Willingness to participate in day-to-day sales operations.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

  • Quick grasp of concepts and a strong understanding of processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Language Skills

  • Fluency in German and English.
