About the Role

Our aim is to transform the dreams of our non-technical users (typically doctors and other medical professionals) into technically feasible concepts with creativity, and then implement them while considering user-friendliness, scalability, and runtime security.

Where You Can Make a Difference

• Do you have relevant experience as a dental assistant? Ideally (but not a must!), are you already working as a ZMV/PM and looking for a new challenge? Perhaps you've also worked in sales or training? Then you're in the right place!
• Alternatively, do you have a different background, such as professional experience in technology, and have already gained depot experience to support us with your knowledge in installing our brand-new product? You are also very welcome!
• With us, you can experience a different kind of practice atmosphere and see things from a new perspective. In principle, there are various areas where we can make good use of you, including support, technology, and product training. But we are flexible and will find the right position for you together.
• To get started with us, you don't necessarily have to live in Thuringia, as we are looking for active support nationwide. Our colleagues in technology usually work a combination of from home, from one of our offices, or on-site with clients, which requires some willingness to travel if you're starting in the technology field with us. For support roles, a 100% home office arrangement is possible, although initial training takes place partly at our office in Jena.
• A part-time position is also generally possible, but it would be ideal if you could spend at least 30 hours per week with us.

What You Should Bring

• You have already spent several years in a dental practice and know what's important in daily practice life and how crucial good software is.
• If you want to start in our technical department, previous depot experience is important, but not a requirement.
• You are enthusiastic about the world of technology and eager to learn new things.
• You have experience with practice management software and can enrich our team with your skills and knowledge.
• Above all, we value your hands-on mentality and your enthusiasm for putting your skills into practice and finding pragmatic solutions for all kinds of problems.
• You excel with your independent way of working and show, just like us, great commitment in all your projects and tasks.
• You possess team player qualities, but you're not completely lost if you have to tackle a challenge alone.
• To truly get a foothold with us, it is essential that you have a C1 level of German proficiency.
