Your Responsibilities:

• Handling exciting mandates in business law, corporate law, insolvency law, and partially in construction and commercial tenancy law.
• Creative and in-depth work on individual topics.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with auditors and tax advisors for national and international companies, corporations, and economically active individuals.
• International mandates, particularly focusing on Spain and China.
• Optional deployment for several weeks in a foreign partner firm via EuropeFides, with all costs covered.

Your Profile:

• Completed law studies and fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d).
• Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience, more experience is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for challenging cases and the further development of the legal field.
• High reliability and organizational talent.
• Good English skills or willingness to participate in a paid language course.

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: Full-time, independent planning within a recommended core working time of 9 AM to 4 PM.
• Home Office: Up to 100% remote possible, ideally one office day per week.
• Vacation: 28 days, flexibly extendable through remote work.
