Senior Key Account Manager (f/m/d) | OEM Partnerships
Location: Berlin
Salary: €60,000-€100,000 Car/allowance variable
Are you passionate about building strategic client relationships, driving commercial growth, and working in a fast-paced international environment? We are looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to manage and grow key OEM partnerships while shaping long-term customer success.

Your Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for strategic OEM key accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Proactively address client needs, concerns, and business opportunities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product and service delivery
Account Strategy & Planning
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and account performance metrics
- Create tailored presentations and strategic recommendations for clients
- Drive account development initiatives aligned with business objectives
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align on customer requirements
- Ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership
Customer Success Excellence
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic insights and recommendations
- Foster long-term partnerships built on trust and value creation
Your Profile
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or a comparable client-facing role
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage complex accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a plus
- Fluent in both English and German (mandatory)
