Become part of our Cybus Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Engineer (gn) and shape innovative solutions together with our customers in a complex environment of IT infrastructure and shop floor.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Engineer (gn), you will shape innovative solutions together with our customers by implementing complex requirements in the areas of IT infrastructure, shop floor, and end-user applications with clarity and pragmatism.

  • You will handle the technical onboarding of customers and partners.
  • You will advise on IIoT architectures, IT security, connectware integration, and relevant use cases.
  • You will implement industrial data infrastructures with Cybus Connectware.
  • You will implement scalable Infrastructure-as-Code deployments.
  • You will support our customers with technical product support.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Advanced programming skills (concepts, APIs, programming languages)
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps tools and methods (e.g., Git, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Argo CD)
  • Experience in system administration (e.g., Linux, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in network administration (e.g., architecture, infrastructure, troubleshooting, OSI model)
  • Fluent German and English skills (min. C1)

Bonus points for experience with:

  • PLC programming (e.g., Step7/TIA, Codesys)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google)
  • (Industrial) communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP, OPC UA, Modbus, BACnet)
