Job Description

Your Tasks

• Valid VAT ID (USt-IdNr.) to issue proper invoices to us
• Residence in an EU member state (excluding Germany)
• Ability to issue monthly invoices
• Adherence to data protection, confidentiality, and NDA requirements
• Independent organization of your working hours and capacities
• High-performance and stable internet connection (min. 50 Mbit/s)
• Professional headset, two monitors, webcam
• Quiet, undisturbed home office workspace
• Ability to use our tools & systems securely
• Availability
• Regularly plannable availability and capacities
• Reliable participation in all training days
• Willingness to work shifts within project operating hours

Your Profile

• German language skills at C1 level or higher
• Initial experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
• Professional communication, reliability, and high service orientation
• Independent work style and high process discipline
• Long-term commitment to project collaboration
