Position

Software Engineer

Details

• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $100/hour
• Location: Remote
• Duration: 1 month
• Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex, production-grade Python systems for real-world environments.
• Design modular, testable codebases using modern Python tooling and best practices.
• Evaluate and optimize Python language features like decorators, generators, and async/await.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model training and evaluation processes.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience working at top US tech firms.
• Proven track record in building production-grade Python systems.
• Deep understanding of Python language fundamentals.
• Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, and unit/integration testing frameworks.

Interview Process

• 90 mins technical interview centered on Python.
• Feedback provided within two weeks.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor
• $100/hour based on experience
