What You'll Do
- Own the full hiring pipeline --- reviewing applications daily, running screening calls, and keeping things moving fast
- Fill the pipeline yourself --- sourcing via LinkedIn (manual and automated), outbound outreach via Lemlist, job ads, AI sourcing tools
- Handle pre-onboarding and new starter check-ins so every hire lands well from day one
- Build and run our performance review process (quarterly and annual) with leadership
- Write and own job descriptions, working closely with department heads and the team to get them right
- Shape culture and L&D --- from bi-annual meetups planning and hosting to the programmes that help our team grow and stay connected
What We're Looking For (non-negotiable)
- You've run hiring and people ops in a fast-moving agency or startup before
- You move fast --- candidates don't sit in your ATS for weeks
- You're tool-fluent: Ashby, Lemlist, and building outreach lists from scratch
- You take full ownership --- you don't wait to be told what needs doing next
