Stellenbeschreibung

About Us:

We are a system supplier for mechanical connection systems, developing, planning, and manufacturing tailor-made automated solutions for international customers in the automotive industry. As part of a globally active group with a parent company in the USA, we are internationally positioned yet firmly anchored in the German "Mittelstand." Our solutions are highly specialized, durable, and found in almost every vehicle -- regardless of drive type or market.

Our DNA: We work closely together as a team, communicate directly, and find pragmatic solutions -- even across locations and companies with our sister firms. In HR, this means short distances, open doors, and genuine collaboration -- professionally and personally. Community is important to us: team BBQs at the grill area, public viewing, sports events like company runs or ski trips, and alternating Christmas and anniversary celebrations are part of our culture. With initiatives like the Day of Giving, we take responsibility and engage beyond the daily work routine.

We are looking for an HR Generalist / Personalreferent (m/f/d) for our location in Friedrichsdorf (near Bad Homburg) as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

Do you want to make a real difference in HR? In addition to day-to-day operations, you will have the space to help shape processes and set your own accents.

  • Employee Support: You are the first HR point of contact for around 400 employees, manage operational personnel issues, and ensure reliable implementation of our HR processes.
  • Master Data Management: You maintain entries, exits, and changes in SAP, keep personnel master data up-to-date, and ensure a reliable data basis at all times.
  • Contract & Document Management: You create personnel-relevant documents, prepare measures such as hiring, and coordinate them operationally with the Works Council.
  • Time Management: You evaluate time tracking in tisoware weekly, check for anomalies, and clarify them directly with management.
  • Certificates & Reporting: You create A1 certificates and other certifications, and provide regular reports on absenteeism and headcount.
  • HR Projects: You actively participate in HR projects, such as the introduction of HR management software, and contribute your own ideas for the further development of our HR processes.

Your Profile:

  • Education & Qualification: You have a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a Personnel Services Specialist (m/f/d) or a completed Bachelor's degree with an HR focus.
  • Work Experience: You have several years of experience in operational HR and ideally have worked in an industrially oriented medium-sized company.
  • Know-how: You have sound knowledge of labor, social security, and wage tax law and apply it confidently in daily HR work.
  • HR Systems & Tools: You are proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and have experience with modern HR software -- ideally including SAP.
  • Communication: You communicate clearly, reliably, and at eye level, understanding HR as a service-oriented point of contact for employees and managers.
  • Work Style & Attitude: You work in a structured and careful manner, are proactive, and aim not just to handle HR issues correctly, but to solve them well.
  • Languages & Flexibility: You have C2 level German, good English skills, and are occasionally willing to travel to other locations.

What We Offer You:

  • Compensation: You will receive attractive remuneration with 13 monthly salaries, depending on your qualifications and experience.
  • Working Hours & Flexibility: You work a flexitime model between 07:30 and 18:30 with core hours Mon-Thu 09:15-15:30, Fri until 12:15, and the option to work from home one day per week.
  • Vacation: You benefit from 30 vacation days per year.
  • Equipment: You will work with modern hardware such as a laptop or Surface, headset, and company mobile phone in a professional HR work environment.
  • Pension Plan: You will receive a company pension plan with an employer contribution as part of a group contract.
  • Health: You benefit from regular health days and offers such as fruit and water dispensers.
  • Development: You will receive individual support for your professional and personal development and can contribute your own suggestions.
  • Mobility: You benefit from e-bike leasing and our location's convenient transport links.
  • Catering: You receive a subsidy for lunch via HOFMANNs To Go.
  • Extras: You can use Corporate Benefits with attractive purchasing advantages and our BBQ area with a lounge for breaks and team events.
