Your Responsibilities

• Operational HR work from hiring to departure, including the associated administrative activities
• Preparatory payroll accounting
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements as well as personnel controlling
• Support of the time tracking system
• Contact person for offices, authorities, e.g. professional association
• Support in conceptual and project-oriented special tasks

Your Profile

• Professional experience
• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in the HR department
• At least 3 years of professional experience in HR, sound knowledge of wage tax and social security law as well as labor law
• Open communication and team spirit, as well as an empathetic personality with a convincing presence
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working
• Organizational talent, initiative and creativity
• Very good German and good English skills
