We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant
To support our research, analysis, and data-driven initiatives --- fully remote.
This role is ideal for candidates who are curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy collecting, organizing, and interpreting information to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research across multiple sources (market, industry, academic, or business topics)
- Compile, analyze, and summarize data into clear reports or insights
- Assist senior researchers and analysts with ongoing projects
- Maintain research databases and documentation
- Prepare presentations, briefs, and findings for internal teams
- Ensure accuracy and credibility of information gathered
Requirements:
- Background in research, analytics, economics, business, social sciences, or related fields
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent skills in information gathering, summarizing, and critical evaluation
- Good written and verbal communication in English (German is a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or research tools
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
