Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Responsibility for the development and implementation of operational strategies in an international environment.
- Customer Service Leadership: Leading and further developing the customer service team to ensure excellent customer support.
- Project Management Control: Taking operational responsibility for project managers and their contribution to company success.
- Process Optimization: Analysis and improvement of internal processes for increased efficiency and quality assurance.
- Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with sales, technical departments, and management to coordinate strategic goals.
- Controlling & Reporting: Responsibility for operational KPIs, margin control, and continuous sales controlling.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Completed technical degree or comparable qualification; at least 5 years of management experience in a matrix organization.
- Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes, resources, and KPIs to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Strategic Implementation & Collaboration: Translation of corporate strategy into operational measures and close coordination with executives from Sales, Finance, and HR to identify growth and efficiency potentials.
- Team Leadership & Organizational Development: Building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and active talent development and succession planning.
- Innovation & Digitalization: Introduction of new technologies for automating operational processes and digitizing workflows to increase innovation capacity.
- Cost Control & Budget Responsibility: Management of operational budgets, identification of savings potentials, and ensuring the profitability of the responsible units.
- Change Management & Transformation: Leading change projects with a focus on sustainable implementation and active involvement of employees in transformation processes.
