**Accountabilities**
* Design engaging static and video creatives using tools such as Figma, ensuring high-quality output aligned with campaign objectives
* Collaborate with media buyers and product stakeholders to interpret performance data and translate insights into effective creative concepts
* Contribute to the development of compelling ad copy, including headlines and video scripts, to enhance campaign impact
* Continuously explore and adopt new creative tools, including AI technologies, to improve efficiency and innovation
* Organize and maintain creative assets systematically to enable easy access, tracking, and reuse
* Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends to refine and elevate visual strategies
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take initiative in proposing new creative ideas
* Support additional design and creative tasks as needed to meet team and business goals
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in graphic design, digital design, or a similar creative role
* Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma (experience in web design is a plus)
* Ability to create both static and video-based content for digital marketing campaigns
* Understanding of performance-driven design and the ability to align visuals with marketing objectives
* Basic copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging headlines and scripts
* Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into creative workflows
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and structure creative assets efficiently
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote team environment
* Creative mindset with attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach
